Once a program or service has been purchased, it cannot be returned or refunded. This is because digital content cannot be returned in the same way that physical products can be. However, GBB FIT LLC is committed to providing high-quality programs and services to their customers. If you have any issues or concerns with the programs or services that you have purchased, they encourage you to reach out to their customer service team. They will work with you to find a solution and ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

GBB Fit understands that sometimes extenuating circumstances can arise that prevent you from continuing with your online fitness package. We want to make sure that our cancellation policy is fair and transparent for all of our clients. If you need to cancel your online fitness package with GBB Fit, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your next scheduled payment. Failure to do so will result in the charge for your next scheduled payment being processed. Cancelling your online fitness package with GBB Fit within the 24-hour window, your payment for that period will be non-refundable. However, we will not charge your account for any future periods. We encourage you to contact our customer service team if you need to discuss a cancellation outside of these terms. Our team will work with you to find a solution that is fair for both parties.
