Cancellation Policy

GBB Fit understands that sometimes extenuating circumstances can arise that prevent you from continuing with your online fitness package. We want to make sure that our cancellation policy is fair and transparent for all of our clients. If you need to cancel your online fitness package with GBB Fit, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your next scheduled payment. Failure to do so will result in the charge for your next scheduled payment being processed. Cancelling your online fitness package with GBB Fit within the 24-hour window, your payment for that period will be non-refundable. However, we will not charge your account for any future periods. We encourage you to contact our customer service team if you need to discuss a cancellation outside of these terms. Our team will work with you to find a solution that is fair for both parties.
